Founder’s Ethos

Built on the Ground.
Built on Trust.

Marcatus QED began in a one-bedroom apartment in Canada in 2001, on one conviction: the food system works best when everyone in it thrives, from the farmer planting the seed to the family opening the jar.

We started with boots on the ground, working directly with farmers, factories, and communities — sustainability was central to how we operated long before it became a global priority.

Our ethos is simple: assure quality, collaborate openly, and build every relationship on trust. We treat our customers' challenges as our own, and build stronger, more sustainable solutions together.
